At the clinic, she not only cares for patients with urgent or acute care needs, but she has helped establish and promote the clinic’s Primary Care services, through the addition of Manawa Family, which is located inside Convenient Care.  As a Primary Care Provider, she not only helps patients prevent diseases from developing, but she helps patients learn how to successfully manage their chronic diseases such as: heart disease, lung disease, stroke, high blood pressure, diabetes, and obesity.

In addition to her work at the clinic, she continues to work as a part-time fitness instructor and health coach for Farrell’s Extreme Body Shaping in Omaha, NE, at the Midtown location.

In June 2018, she implemented a Wellness Program at the clinic.  She developed this program using her medical, fitness, and health coaching background and experiences.   She spent many years and countless hours on developing this lifestyle change program and is excited to finally share it with others.

The program, Wellness for Any Body, is designed to help anybody, including people living with  medical conditions, learn how live a longer, happier, and healthier life, simply by changing their current lifestyle.  Her motto when it comes to the clinic and wellness program is “I don’t need to have the largest practice out there, I just want the healthiest.”
